Principal's Welcome

Welcome to North Hills Elementary School!

Home to over 650 enthusiastic Central York Panthers in grades four through six, North Hills Elementary is a vibrant learning community where student growth is at the heart of all we do. Our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to understanding and supporting each student academically, socially, and emotionally. We place a strong emphasis on building meaningful relationships with every learner, every day. Through collaboration and a strengths-based approach, we strive to nurture each student’s unique potential while providing targeted support to help them grow and thrive.

At North Hills Elementary, our students exemplify North Hills P.R.I.D.E. They take great pride in demonstrating the values of being Positive, Responsible, Involved Diverse, and Empathic. Whether in the classroom, participating in school activities, or engaging with the broader Central York community, they consistently strive to uphold these principles in their interactions with peers, staff, and community members. Our students actively share their talents and passions through a variety of opportunities, including the Robotics Team, Envirothon, Music Ensembles, and a wide range of intramural activities and student groups. They represent a truly exceptional and dynamic community of young learners.

North Hills deeply values the partnership of our families and guardians. With the support of an engaged PTO, we work together to provide meaningful opportunities for all students. We encourage families to attend school-wide events, volunteer, and take an active role in our vibrant school community.

I look forward to connecting with our students and families throughout the school year.
